- JWJohn WoodruffDec 24, 20251.0My wife went with flu symptoms. They did NO physical exam. Didn’t listen to lungs….. nothing Then said “ nothing we can do”. No tamiflu …. Nothing What waste of time and money Stay away from here. Go somewhere that might actually care about your health And they respond by telling you to contact them with a generic message. That doesn’t sound like good service to me. Shame on you Kroger. They don’t care if you are unhappy with their service

- AHAllen HerrmannJul 20, 20251.0I was seen for a sinus infection , during the visit they asked if I smoked,I told them yes that was the end of the conversation, but when I got the bill I noticed they had added an extra 45.00 to it for behavior change smoking 3-10 minutes, I GUESS THIS IS HOW THEY RIPOFF THE INSURANCE COMPANYS, I wasn't there for behavior change nor did they ask, and I have no intention of paying for that portion of the bill, this practice should be looked into. WATCH WHAT THEY TRY TO BILL YOU FOR !
