I honestly believe they care for my safety by helping me and guiding me to the correct positioning. They work with everyone to ensure we grow stronger in a safe manner. Love them!!!!

It’s the one exercise I truly look forward to on a daily basis and there is a variety of classes to change things up so you don’t get bored. They are all incredible instructors who consistently bring something new and challenging to the table. The cueing is the difference-maker and keeps me focused on the intentionality of each movement. At times the muscles are shaking, but I always leave their classes feeling stronger. Highly recommend this studio!
