  We’ve been going here since moving to the area in 2021. My 3 sons primary doctor is Dr. Lacasse. She’s the best!

  Let me be perfectly clear: Trying to get our family established at Cincinnati Children's Union Primary Care has been an absolute nightmare. In our 10 years as parents, this is unequivocally THE WORST experience we have ever had trying to secure basic medical care for our children. It has been one failure after another. First, medical records from our previous pediatrician weren't complete. Children's didn't realize that until after we had already had our Initial exam. The required follow-up visits that are required by state law in order to get our medications. Never scheduled. Instead we had to get an emergency 30 day script until they could see us. Our children's MEDICATIONS after the required follow-up appointment? ALL WRONG. This isn't just sloppy bookkeeping; this is dangerous! And the billing! Charging our insurance over $600 for a WART REMOVAL?! Are you kidding me? To top it all off, one of the doctors had the audacity to GUILT-TRIP my wife over a prescription our son needs, making it painfully obvious they NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO READ HIS MEDICAL HISTORY. This entire operation is a masterclass in incompetence. It feels like it’s their first day on the job, and it's an absolute embarrassment to the Cincinnati Children's Hospital name. We are one foot out the door and will be heading straight back to our old pediatrician if they don't turn it around, AND FAST. We've had enough.

  It would be great if they have a direct number to schedule a visit. The call goes through couple of transfers and wait times and then we get to schedule.

  I followed the office's guidance to have my sick infant tested for COVID after I tested positive. When I checked in the receptionist was confused why I wanted my child tested and said it would make no difference in treatment. During our visit, I overheard staff making comments about my case that made me feel dismissed and uncomfortable. The situation could have been handled more professionally. I hope the office improves communication and patient respect.

  We love Cincinnati Children’s Florence Primary Care! We see Dr. Gray and she is fantastic. She is patient and interactive with all of our kids. All of the staff is friendly and kind. We feel like we get exceptional care here.
