  Unbelievably grateful for the close-to-home diabetic care provided by Dr. Crimmins and her team! I was so impressed not only with her diagnostic knowledge but also the way she treated my son who is only a preteen but still knows almost as much about his care as I do. She also helped us to solve an issue that's been causing problems for us for over a year that for some reason, none of the other docs at the location in Cincy could. All staff treated us with kindness and respect.

  Had to drop off a fecal sample for my daughter. I was told I would be able to drop it off during regular business hours. My daughter produced a sample at home and we rushed to get it turned in as we did not want her feces in our refrigerator all night. Arrived at the front door at 6:50pm (10 minutes before close) it was locked. Receptionists saw me and chose to ignore me standing there with a yellow bio hazard bag full of poop. Would have been nice to know ahead of time they stop allowing people in the door prior to business close. Would had also been really nice if the receptionist at least made the effort to not flat out ignore me.

  Went to drop off my daughter’s specimen sample. Arrived 10 min prior to their posted closing time and doors were closed. The receptionist blatantly ignored us.
