  I have never been one who enjoys working out but I started going to Club Pilates Union when they opened in a hope to find something I could stick with and I definitely found that! I’ll admit I’m not the most consistent but the instructors and the whole atmosphere keeps me coming back! I love that even though I’m not anywhere near the most coordinated or fit person, I still leave feeling like I accomplished a great work out and can’t wait to come back for the next class!

  Club Pilates has been such a good addition to our neighborhood. I had never tried reformer pilates before but fell in love with it after the intro class, and have now gone consistently for months. All instructors make each class unique and fun, whether it’s a flow, cardio, or control class. Definitely my go to workout place!

  I love the Club Pilates in Union, KY! The owner has created such a welcoming, positive space, and you can feel it as soon as you walk in. All of the instructors are so encouraging and supportive, no matter your level. I really appreciate how great they are with modifications. They always take the time to make sure everyone feels comfortable and can get the most out of the class, whether you’re brand new or more experienced. It really feels like a community, and makes you actually look forward to working out. Highly recommend!

  I started at Club Pilates at the end of last November. I have been consistently going 3 to 4 days a week and this hands down is the best I have felt in years. It has improved my posture, balance, core strength and flexibility along with toning my overall body. It’s the perfect addition to my distance running. This studio is always extremely clean. The equipment is top notch. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The best part are the instructors Bridget, Stacey, Chrissy and Dareyan. They each offer something a little different in their classes. They help, answer questions and help to figure out what works for you individually. They offer a variety of different classes at different levels. I had never been on a reformer before and I am not a dancer or a very flexible person but this has been life changing.

  I’ve loved my experience at Club Pilates in Union. Not only has it been an incredible strength builder and helped me lose weight, but it’s also a de-stressor. I always leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and centered. The instructors are also amazing and helpful. Another huge plus is the flexibility. When I travel for work, I can easily pick up a class in another city, which makes it so much easier to stay consistent. Highly recommend to anyone looking for both physical and mental benefits!
