If I could give ZERO stars I absolutely would!!!! I would NOT recommend this Clinic to anyone. I am 30 weeks Pregnant and was basically turned away for service because of that. It was obvious from the very beginning they were scared to even speak to me, much less treat me. I got at the clinic at 8am and was not brought back into a room until 9:38am. The nurse stated that I CLEARLY had a sinus infection... green mucus, red/white spotted SORE throat, head & nasal congestion, etc...but a strep test came back negative and they denied treating me with the antibiotics that I needed for the sinus infection... My 3 year old had strep a week earlier and I get sinus infections multiple times a year that always lead to strep if not treated early and definitely wouldn't be wasting 2 hours of my day waiting to be seen if I didn't think it was necessary. I assumed catching it earlier and getting in to be seen would be safer for the baby then waiting until it was full blown strep. But since it was early onset and the strep test came back negative they wouldn't do anything for me. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT waste your time coming to this clinic. I will be taking further action with this issue and feel I was not treated fairly by the APRN because she was scared to deal with a pregnant person.

I stood up front for 20 minutes without even being greeted. When I asked an employee what was happening they acted clueless and read a sign to me that said "feel free to take a seat" as if I weren't capable of reading it myself, she then proceeded to speak to me in a very harsh tone and went behind the pharmacy counter slamming the door behind her. There was no effort made to go see what was happening or to find someone to help. I paid out of pocket for what I was there for, you would think every customer would be considered important.
