  In person, the staff are friendly. However, no one here seems to know what a telephone is or how to answer one! Or how important it is to a business to do so!

  This location has their phones disconnected, causing issues for customers. Little do they know- I work for the same company, so I will be filing a formal complaint. Along with filing a complaint with the KY Board of Pharmacy as well. If you cant treat your customers as your #1 priority, you should not be in business at all.. I even let it ring for over 20 minutes, so they must have the phone cords disconnected.

  Excellent experience with friendly staff who are always willing to help with finding cost savings - have been going here for years after switching from south Kroger.

  I get my Meds at Kroger! I usually have a small wait but they are good. We buy all our groceries there on Fridays because we like the fuel points!

  The worst pharmacy ever. I called to make sure my script was ready for pick up, I was given confirmation it was ready. I drove to pick it up and the woman working said it wasn't ready and they didn't have anything in process for me at all. She was frankly really rather rude. I asked if they could process it and if I could pick it up the next day. She said yes. The next day comes around, I go to pick up my script and a different woman says it's not ready and they don't have anything in process for me. She was not nearly as rude, but it's still very frustrating to call and be told your script is ready, then have to go back multiple times just to get it. I am officially switching to a new pharmacy
