- KKKMW5 days ago1.0This location has their phones disconnected, causing issues for customers. Little do they know- I work for the same company, so I will be filing a formal complaint. Along with filing a complaint with the KY Board of Pharmacy as well. If you cant treat your customers as your #1 priority, you should not be in business at all.. I even let it ring for over 20 minutes, so they must have the phone cords disconnected.

Over the years they have had a few unfriendly workers but they are few and far between. I usually go after 6:00 pm and maybe that makes a difference.
