I made an appointment for the following day, for there & waited, no one ever showed up. Complete waste of time. Then all of the other Little clinics had no availability.

The new staff at this location is very unprofessional. The last 2 times I've went there the nurses have showed up late and had to wait forever. The medicine that was prescribed made me feel worse. Tried calling ALL day and was told by Theresa that I would get a call back. Never got a call back. It's really disappointing because I used to love going to this location.

Made 2 apps for a covid test on Friday Oct 23rd. Go up there. Call number it rings off the wall. Then find out they are closed today and tomorrow. Very disappointed. The least they could do is notify the people who made apps for testing. So they could make other arrangements.

My son got a severe sunburn on his scalp 5 days ago. That is better, but he has scratched his scalp during the process and has broke the skin some. It is red and warm to touch. Yesterday he started having pain behind his left ear and today it hurts to touch the front of that ear (cheek and jaw). His lymph nodes are swollen on that side. He leaves for his 2 week of ARMY reserve in the AM and I sent him to the little clinic because I think he is getting an infection and needs an antibiotic. The APRN said he has shingles and had him buy ibuprofen, Benadryl, and allergy nose spray!! $17 worth of meds we have at home! I am an RN (BSN) myself with 28 years experience and I am floored! He does not have shingles or any symptoms of shingles.. he is 23 years old! I don’t understand how something so obvious could be missed! Very disappointing. If he is worse tomorrow, he will have to wait until he gets to Virginia to seek medical treatment.... UPDATE.... he went to his MD this morning and got an antibiotic for his STAPH infection!! Oral and topical meds. 2nd UPDATE: He had to see another MD in Virginia because he was getting worse and was put on a second antibiotic and has been sent back home to KY, unable to fulfill his duties.

Trucker getting a load became sick. Bobtailed in to see Erin. Thank you so much feeling betterish. Fabulous friendly family type place. Lovely smiles too.....thks so much. Wait time, well they take the time to find out what the problem is. Wait time is approximate healing is a practice not a science. Thks again....
