My appointment time was 1:03 pm when I arrived at 12:50 someone was right in front of me which was understandable ,at 1:10 pm the nurse on duty apologized and said she would fit me and the other guy waiting before lunch, she then seen the other guy and he left. I was still waiting patiently at 1:32 I looked up to see she had left and put the provider on lunch sign on the monitor with no mention to me . I understand having a lunch break but I could have been notified I wasn’t going to be seen until after lunch instead of just waiting..very unprofessional .
