I have been quite ill for nearly a week and sought care in hopes of obtaining lab work to identify the issue. After paying a $75 co pay, I was informed by the nurse practitioner, Autumn I believe, that they do not perform labs. She dismissively pointed out that their website lists their services and insinuated that it was my fault for not knowing they do not provide something as basic as lab work. She also stated that “nowhere” in Kentucky performs labs unless it is connected to a hospital, which is simply not accurate. I know this from over two decades of experience working in the legal-medical field. For example, American Family Care in Kentucky states on their website, “Did you know we have a complex in house lab for our testing services?”
When I mentioned that I wished my husband, a hospital nurse, could administer IV hydration at home, she responded in a scolding manner, stating that he should know better due to safety concerns. This was particularly ironic given that I had received IV hydration in my home just two days prior from a professional service without issue. Apparently it is acceptable for a service to provide this care, but not a career nurse who performs IV care daily in a hospital setting to critically ill patients.
Overall, this was a terrible experience and left me feeling worse than when I arrived. The visit lacked compassion, empathy, and any meaningful sense of concern for my condition. It was a complete waste of time and money, and I regret going. Unless you have a very basic need, I strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere. They will take your payment, but you should not expect meaningful care in return.

We have utilized this facility multiple times. While I have always felt my kids were taken care of medically, the attitude of the medical professionals working here are awful. They do not have any bedside manners - plain and simple.

I've used this urgent care location 2 or 3 times now and felt obligated to leave a 5 star review.
I recently visited Norton Immediate Care and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I waited nearly two hours to be seen, only to have an appointment that lasted about two minutes. The nurse practitioner, Kelli, did not come across as kind or attentive. She seemed disengaged and did not appear to genuinely care about me as a patient. At one point, she asked whether I had tried a medication that I had already clearly stated I had taken. This made it feel like she was not listening to me during the visit. Long wait times can happen, but I expect to feel heard and cared for once I am finally seen. Sadly, that was not my experience here. I hope they take patient feedback seriously and work on improving both communication and attentiveness.

Extremely nice and friendly staff. This means a lot when you don’t feel good. 10/10 would recommend to others.
