- ARAshley RiceAug 24, 20241.0Husband went for biometric screening. Nowhere on their booking site does it say you have to meet certain criteria or be there for a job or insurance purposes. Talked him out of it, was told it was a "waste of time and money" (our money, our problem, we were doing it for annual screening benefit through a preventative plan we have), and they couldn't "figure out" how to charge for it. Hounded him until he decided not to follow through and left. My recommendation is for you to add these requirements to your booking site so a patient doesn't needlessly fast and drive to an appointment, only to be snubbed and talked down to until they cancel. Sounds to me the pharmacy staff wasted more time trying to get out of work than just doing their job 👎
