  I called pharmacy at 10:30 and was told it could be picked up any time other than 1:00 -1:30. Arrived at 11:20 told to come back at 12:00. Back at 12:05 told to come back in 30 min. STOP LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. IF ITS GOING TO BE 1.2 OR 3 HRS SAY SO. DON'T KEEP MAKING ME RETURN TIME AND TIME AGAIN JUST TO BE PUT OFF. STOP USING THE 30 CANNED ANSWER TO EVERYTHING.

  GOOGLE HOURS are wrong. We've submitted corrections multiple times to no avail. Per Kroger official website Sundays 10-5 (not open until 6).

  We're generally satisfied with the service we receive here, with a few exceptions. Read on. This has been the primary pharmacy for our family for several years. They usually, but not always, have the prescribed medication available. At times two or more day pass before they can refill a prescription that we refill on a recurring interval. The explanation: "it's on order." Sometimes, but not always, they can fill a prescription within an hour, but occasionally not until the next day because they are "busy." They have only one drive-through lane, not two like most pharmacies of comparable size, resulting excessive delay. It's usually faster to park, walk into the store and stand in line rather than use the drive-through. They usually, but not always, answer the phone in a timely manner. And my primary complaint is one that will likely cause my family to take our pharmacy business elsewhere. They have recently changed to a medicine container that is very difficult to open. I spoke to a pharmacist about my concern and he said that other customers have also complained but there's nothing they can do because the change to the new container was a decision made at the cooperate level.
