  We have been using this pharmacy for years. They have amazing, hard working, friendly staff.

  It’s frustrating when businesses can’t do something as simple as changing the hours online. Online it says the pharmacy closes at 10 on weekdays but when you get to the window it says it closes at 9pm. How hard is it to go fix that? Especially when dealing with something as important as medication. People NEED their medicine asap and this issue could cause many people problems. The drive thru is also such a pain. I waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told they had messed something up with my prescription and because THEY messed up i have to either get to the back of the drive thru line or go inside. So i decided to go inside and see if it was quicker (it was pouring rain and i was babysitting my little brother and had to take him in with me). I will say typically the employees are very nice except for this one time. Unfortunately the line was also long inside. So it took a total of 45 minutes to pick up my prescription. I only go here because as of right now it’s close to my house but I really wouldn’t recommend it here. I also noticed my prescription price doubled. I’m not sure if that’s an issue on the pharmacy’s end, but it seems weird to me.

  Where do I start with how horrible this pharmacy is? 1. They LOST one of my paper prescriptions that I dropped off for my newborn. I went to pick up my prescriptions and they said they never got that prescription from me (basically called me a liar, even though all my prescriptions were STAPLED together). 2. They tell you a prescription “will be ready in 30 mins”... I was busy with my newborn, so when I got back out 2 DAYS LATER to go get it, they told me it still wasn’t ready. Like really, it was a stool softener. 3. Go to pick up a prescription that my drs office had sent to their pharmacy over a week ago. The pharmacy tech then tells me there’s no prescription for that medicine for me. Call my dr office, they did send it over. Call back to the pharmacy, they do indeed have the prescription in my file but they never filled it ???? They now say it will “be ready in 30 mins”. Going to pick it up now and never sending another medicine there in my life!!! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else, please.
