  I will preface my post with the only negative aspect, I wish I could give the staff of Day Surgery more stars. From arrival to finish, the time that each person took to speak to my wife and I and explain everything was superb. I was nervous, as one should be for any surgery, but the smiles from the moment of arrival just made everything so calm. Each nurse, worker, check-in representative, anesthesiologist, and doctor was amazing. If I ever have to have day surgery again, I truly hope that I get to see this crew again. Thank everyone!

  The receptionist Chelsea is absolutely horrible and rude! She butchered my name and said if I had an American name she could pronounce it better! She needs to be fired
