- JKJen KMay 2, 20241.0Very rude and unprofessional employee. No walk-in allowed or accomodations of any sort. They will make you wait till the exact time of appointment even though multiple people ahead did not show up for their appointments. Also watch out! They will hit you with a fee if you miss your appointment with no warnings to patients at all.

- HRHunter RatliffFeb 19, 20211.0the provider did a great job, but the receptionist was honestly so rude, condescending, and misinformed that i felt obligated to leave a review. outside of audibly speculating about how i get to work since i've misplaced my driver's license behind my back (how is this your business???), she recommended to my friend that gets tested every two weeks to not get tested regularly (???), and also asked me why i was getting tested to begin with. she said she didn't want to know where i work, and called it "disgusting", even though we are abiding by CDC guidelines and actually closed down our main business to keep our clientele safe, losing over a million dollars in revenue over the past year. one of the worst service industry workers i've ever dealt with, and this is coming from another service industry worker.
