  The people here are nice, but it is SO difficult to get a prescription filled. It seems that they will not work on your order until you show up to collect it. Once I showed up today to get an order that was sent in almost a full week ago, they told me I could wait an hour or come back to "hopefully" have it by the end of the day. Now my son has gone a week without his medication. I'm very frustrated. This is not the first time we have had this issue with Kroger pharmacy. We will not be back.

  Terrible pharmacy. They used to be alright but they've claimed they have been understaffed for weeks if not months. They don't even refill scrips until you go in and ask them to. You have to go in because they don't answer the phone. If they aren't capable of getting people medicine when it's needed, they should send the scrips to someone else to fill.

  There is a reason this pharmacy has such a low rating. Someone from Kroger management needs to get involved and fix this. Absolute cluster

  I hate to leave a bad review but I hope this will go to the right person to help fix some of the problems at this location. I have always had a good experience at this pharmacy up until a couple of months ago when I waited 5 days and Rx wasn't ready. Thought it was just a one off, maybe the Rx wasn't in stock, but then this most recent time it was 9 days and still wasn't ready. I went to the store to see what was going on and see if maybe it was ready, it just wasn't updated. The tech printed something and handed it to the pharmacist and said it would be ready by the end of day. I couldn't come back that day so the next day when I checked, the app was still saying it wasn't ready, so I called. Thankfully someone answered and said it would be ready within the hour, received an apology and was told they were really backed up. I completely understand that sentiment and appreciated the apology. When I went to pick up the Rx that day, I overheard a couple of people ahead of me in line get frustrated and walk away without their prescriptions. One said this was their 3rd time coming there and their prescription still wasn't ready. I don't think the problem lies within the techs or pharmacist, I think it is a management problem. It is really a huge problem to have so many major delays in filling prescriptions, and if going to be more than 48 hours, should call the customer and let them know what the delay is and if they need to transfer the prescription elsewhere since going without prescriptions can cause serious morbidity or even mortality. I will say, the lady who is almost always at the drive thru window when I go is very sweet and helpful.

  Terribly long to get your prescription, very short staffed, waiting in line is long, drive thru is closed and it has been this way for a very long time, probably over a year. Management needs to address the issues.
