I would really suggest you get your prescriptions somewhere else. The techs ignore you while you stand 5 people deep in line. If they answer the phone (which is rare), and you have an issue with your prescriptions, their phone suddenly will "drop" the call....even though its a land line phone. They announce your medication so everyone in line can hear it. There are a few techs that are amazing, but the ones who have been there for a long time are rude and will flat out ignor you or just be rude to you. I switched pharmacies. I suggest the Kroger at Springhurt, they are nice, they don't yell out your medication, and they answer the phone. Also they won't "drop the call" on you. I promise you will be happier getting your prescriptions somewhere else.

Understaffed. Not sure they really care about their patients or the customer experience. Please consider going somewhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would. And from reading reviews, We’re not the only ones with an issue with Elena. How she hasn’t been fired is incredibly disappointing. When inquiring to see if a script could be filled same day a couple of weeks ago, her response after she chuckled was “not in my lifetime” Today, we needed a prescription for my mom. She lost her 47 yr old son(our brother)this week, as well as taking care of our dad who is being treated for cancer. Her doc called in a script for something to help her sleep. When we called 3.5 hours later to see if we could pick it up today(our message was never returned), her response was “ma’am, there’s a lot sick people” There’s a reason why this pharmacy has such a low rating. As long as she’s on staff it’ll remain that way. Tell her thank you for making an already traumatic week even worse. Gitesh filled it quickly thankfully.

Takes several attempts to receive my medication, only to be treated with disdain and shock when I’m frustrated over this. Tech literally said, “What do you want me to do?” When I told her they failed to have my Rx ready 3 times. (This is a consistent problem.) Techs can be rude. That’s their problem. However, I can’t continue showing up after giving the pharmacy ample time, only to find the drive-through closed during business hours and/or the medicine isn’t ready.

They really just don’t care at this location. The staff isn’t very friendly, they will make you wait as long as they feel like it, and it’s just obvious by the looks on their faces that they don’t care. This whole store in general has gone way downhill. They don’t care about customer feedback either because nothing ever changes. Most recently I go up to check on my prescription and they told me they were working on it then and it would be ready in about 30 minutes. I came back in 45 minutes and they told me that they were working on it then and asked me to pull my car back around to the end of the line. When I told them I was told the exact same thing 45 minutes ago, the woman walked away from the window, grabbed my prescription, and handed it to me. Explain that one. They honestly just don’t care at this place.
