  The rudest pharmacy I have ever spoken to. The first time I call to check on a prescription I was told “everyone’s busy, call back later” when I inquired about a good time to call back, I was told “idk, just later” when I called back, I was still met with complete rudeness and unprofessionalism.

  These people are liars, i dont trust liars to handle anything I put in my body. The lady on the phone told me they cant fill my perscription because Kentucky doesnt allow C2 substances to be perscibed over telehealth. Yes they do, the law only says I have to have seen my perscribing doctor in person within the last 12 months. Learn the laws you are lying to people about and do your job properly.

  Staff are hateful and unwilling to do anything last year it would take only 20 minutes to fill a prescription for my wife with a line of people also getting their medicine and now we are getting told it takes anywhere from 2-5 hours to fill a prepackaged medicine packet
