    These people are liars, i dont trust liars to handle anything I put in my body. The lady on the phone told me they cant fill my perscription because Kentucky doesnt allow C2 substances to be perscibed over telehealth. Yes they do, the law only says I have to have seen my perscribing doctor in person within the last 12 months. Learn the laws you are lying to people about and do your job properly.

    I am very happy with my Kroger pharmacy in Russell Springs. They have always been polite friendly and considerate. I get a text when my meds are ready to be picked up and I love that. They are always so busy I just wish they had help like they use too.

    I have used this Kroger pharmacy in Russell Springs Ky for years! I pick up for older people there to! They have always been so nice to me! Very Helpful! I take a lot of medicine n I’m picking up all the time! If I run out of a medicine and it’s on a weekend they will loan me a few till the next Monday! The staff and Pharmacists are always so kind to me! Love my Kroger Pharmacy!!!

    I'm glad this is not my pharmacy, I was doing someone a favor and calling their refill in for them because they were at work. The person I talked to was rude and they apparently have a 48 hour notice policy for calling in. I have been a pharmacy tech before and no matter how busy you are, these are your patients never treat them like they are disrupting your day. If they are taking medicine, they already are concerned about their health or a loved one. Don't be rude, if that's how you roll, then roll on back to the stock room where you don't interact with people.
