  Staff was very kind, considerate, and caring. Doctor explained all options available to me in great detail which helped me make the best decision for me. So very glad I found Richmond Smile Design!!!

  I had the best experience at Richmond Smile Design today! Everyone was so friendly and took the time to make sure all of my needs and questions were taken care of. I felt important and seen. The beautifully renovated building was the icing on the cake!

  I had my first appointment with Richmond Smile Design and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was a little nervous going in, but my dental hygienist, Emily, immediately put me at ease. She explained everything clearly and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable the whole time, which I really appreciated. She also made me feel completely at ease without any judgment, which meant a lot. Dr. Jacobson was just as great—very friendly and professional, and took the time to make me feel comfortable as well. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, and the whole visit felt smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist.

  Shawna was so thorough and detailed! She used equipment I have never seen before to clean my teeth! She was easy to talk to and super professional!!! Loved the new building and the staff had fun on April Fools also which was fun to be a part of. If going to the dentist makes you nervous, this is the place to go! Loved my experience!

  Got a new crown and cavity filled. The entire procedure was painless. The temporary fits perfectly. I went in w anxiety but was quickly put at ease by Dr Foley and her very capable assistant. Highly recommend this beautiful facility and personnel!
