- JAJennifer AllenMay 24, 20241.0Absolutely ridiculous! Not real doctors! Prescribed me melatonin !! Yes , you heard that right! I had a fever of 101 and was told my ear drums were “bulging” . Prescribed me melatonin!! Lil went around the corner to the Kroger pharmacy and they couldn’t fill it because I didn’t know the pin number on my insurance card. What????!!! Lol so they gave me my insurance card back and told me to go back around the corner to the little clinic and have them call my prescription into another pharmacy in town and they did and when I got to that pharmacy I told them that I was there to pick up my prescription that Little Clinic had called in and they were laughing because he said that’s melatonin ma’am it’s on the counter behind you I can fill it as a prescription and slap it in a bag and charge you more for it or you can just get it off the shelf and pay for it without a prescription I was so embarrassed I wanted to die ! I have melatonin in my cabinet at home I thought maybe there was one new one out for congestion and sleeping when you’re sick but now there’s not! I called and complained a lady called me back today and said she was the head of that department there in the complaints and said there was nothing she could do as expensive as things are today. I certainly don’t need to be getting a bill for $112 for that she said I can forward this to whatever complaint department and I said well let me have their number she said no because they’re just going to direct you back to me anyway because I’m the head of it! Really??? so I’m just warning you don’t go here go somewhere else. The only reason I did it because my doctor was full and I have been sick for a week and I needed some thing it was a Monday morning.. finally got a hold of my doctor the next day, and they gave me a prescription come to find out I had whooping cough! I just wanna warn everybody don’t waste your time or money here they’re a joke!!

- AUA Google UserMay 3, 20211.0My family and I had appointments for Covid testing this morning and we drove around for 20 minutes trying to figure out where to go because we had never been there before. I called 4 times and was transferred twice and no one answered the phone. When someone finally answered I was told that we missed our appointments and they would not take us, even though we had been in the parking lot trying to reach someone. The people that work here are lazy and incompetent. The testing takes 5 minutes and could have been completed if someone had just answered the phone when I called. I will never go here or to this Kroger again.
