No one I ever speak with in the actual pharmacy besides that man even greets me or introduces themselves. IF I reach someone on the phone they are always snippy, rude and hang up without saying thank you or have a nice day. NOT TO MENTION there was a random hydrocodone in my medication prescription one time. I’ve never been prescribed hydrocodone. It is evident that this pharmacy struggles with basic customer service and efficiency.
