- KGKyle GrabkaMar 14, 20261.0Will never come back! The aprn did not see any sign of an ear infection in my daughter’s ears after we brought her here. She had recently been diagnosed with an ear infection and had gone through the antibiotics treatment. Anybody who’s had a child probably knows that sometimes the treatment doesn’t get it all. When she comes back complaining of the same pain it’s a no brainer. However the provider here did not provide any treatment and told us to see her pediatrician if the issues continue. Well the very next morning we took her to her pediatrician and she was diagnosed with a double ear infection. After picking up the antibiotics next door I went to talk to the little clinic aprn who saw my daughter. I watched him as he struggled after putting on glasses to find her appt on his calendar from the day before. He probably only had about 8 appts all day and I even told him what time she was there which appeared from my distance to limit the options to 2!… and he still sat there looking for another 30 secs trying to figure out which appt was hers. Clearly the guy can’t see well but he’s supposed to look thru a device into a tiny space to identify a discoloration. They better not bill me for these ‘services’.

What is the point showing up early when no one gets here until 8:20 and nurse Practitioner doesn’t show up until 8:30. “Great waste of my time!!!” My husband’s words. To revise the post!! Now I have to wait till 9:00 when the pharmacy opens to get a shot scheduled 6 months ago. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning.

Seemed like she didn't like her job or have the care of people required to be a health practitioner. Nurse Kelly was by far the worst health care provider I've ever dealt with and the the staff here was just as bad. Overall unpleasant people. The receptionist gave no smiles and would rather blankly stare at her computer than lift a finger to provide information to a patient. If you need care go to any of the other Little clinics where you'll find health care with a heart!
