- DOdustin olgineMar 23, 20261.0Zero stars if I could. Prospect resident and this Kroger pharmacy went from OK to miserable. Drive thru is NEVER OPEN during open hours. Over the last 90 days, drive thru has never been available. Phone will ring for 5 minutes with no human answer. Prescriptions are never ready on time and you MUST GO INSIDE to be helped. After standing 20 minutes in line, they proceed to tell you your prescription submitted days earlier will be ready in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later you must stand in line again! What has happened to this place?! Moving prescriptions to Walgreens next door.
