  I would’ve liked to go there but unfortunately they don’t return calls or messages. Based upon the other reviews I’ll give a 2 but my review is based upon poor communication. If you can’t get past the front desk then there’s a problem. A person’s health is very important to them so when you don’t return calls you make their healthcare seem unimportant. Front desks can set the tone for an office.

  Invest in your health at strong roots! 35yo M. I had my first appointment in October. My psoriasis was at its worst. Thick plaque, extreme inflammation in my joints and anxiety was through the roof! Panic attacks, stomach issues, not sleeping, you name it. I felt like I had lost all control. I explained my issues to Christa, went over bloodwork, took a few tests, and worked on a plan. I was actually being listened to, not just seen. It’s been 3 months, my skin is clearing, my inflammation gone and I have not had an anxiety attack since my appointment. I am finally sleeping again. It takes discipline and work, and I have a ways to go, but I am excited to head to her office to see what else I can work on. Treat the cause, not the symptom! Hopefully it continues and I’m optimistic!

  Christa is a GENIUS! She has helped me with so many health issues that no one else has been able to before-without medication!! After just the third biofeedback session and three weeks of taking the recommended supplements, I slept through the night for the first time in 20 years!!! Previous to seeing her, I would wake up three times a night. My energy level and brain fog is so much better now! I highly recommend going to see Christa! I can't wait to see how much better things continue to get.

  I started coming to Strong Roots and Christa because I had shingles for 3 months and it was not going away with prescription medication. I was afraid that the long term use of the medication would cause kidney damage. I needed something different. I needed something that would work. Christa started me on vitamin C and glutathione IVs. We eventually added in the use of the biofeedback machine and then the infrared sauna. It has taken months and it has been a slow process but I am seeing improvements in so many areas. I was able to stop taking prescription medicine for shingles after my very first visit with Christa. I have no pain, flare-ups, or muscle aches from them either. I am a Type 1 diabetic and have been for 33 years. As a side effect of that condition, I have weakened muscles, circulation issues, and sluggish digestion. Through my treatments with Christa, I have noticeable and visible improvements in circulation, muscle strength, my ability to move and function, as well as higher energy levels and even better digestion. I have even noticed that I have better memory, higher mental acumen, and less “brain fog”. I am continuing my visits and treatments with Christa and I continue to see little wins every day. I highly recommend this practice to everyone, but I especially recommend it to those that are having trouble getting results from only mainstream medicine. Christa will look at your whole health and help you improve overall. I can’t stress enough how excellent this practice is.
