I'd love to speak to the donors explain our experience. Before the donors came for a visit nurses would run around getting the place in order, than put on a front for the donors. They would smile have a totally different attitude, than any other day. Same when the doctors came in. Why do they only allow 1 hour with camera per a day. Clearly saw many things over and over that was unprofessional. They don't want to anybody to see howlazy, unprofessional, unpleasant, rude, nasty, unclean, abusive, and the negative. Otherwise cameras would be allow on your baby 24/7. After my child was born, the nurse practitioner touched all on his butt than put her finger in his mouth. They tried too scary us. They tried intimate us by saying things like "they could and would take our child." "They can take babies any time they want" Extremely unprofessional nurses sat at a desk 24-7 on their phones talking bad about other nurses, than same nurses sat talking bad with the nurses they just talked bad about, talking bad about the other nurses. Nurses stunk like too perfume and cigarettes, newborns don't need to smell that. If you walk out the room, I guarantee the nurses are trash talking you. We heard it over and over LOUD and CLEAR for 6 weeks day in and day out. Their conversation was definitely unprofessional. Nobody should have to listen to their drama drunk stories. That's really not assuring our child is in good hands. Monitors would going off for hours, they wouldn't get up to check the babies unless it was assessment time. Our child got a horrible diaper rash bleeding from his butt. Their solution was to leave him naked peeing and pooping on a pad. We were told they ONLY changed diapers every 3 hours period. The doctor would make a plans nurses refused to follow. "They don't listen to the doctors." Nurses were sick, coughing all over didn't wash hands, refused to wear gloves, mask, or wash hands. Even when asked. They kept putting their fingers (no gloves and didn't wash hands) in our child's mouth, even when asked not to. Our child end up with a cold having to stay weeks longer. We always wore mask when visiting to protect all the babies in there just in case we had come in contact with something and didn't know. Knowing these babies are premes has no, weak, or little immune systems. We were asked multiple times about washing our hands and wearing mask. Was told "I better not find out yall are sick" by the nurses. They told us our child wouldn't go home until we agreed to the tests. Brittany the speech lady would tell the doctors things that wasn't happening and untrue. We showed up early to an assessment she had a bottle holding our child down forcing to drink. We told the doctors not to let her near our baby for the baby safety. Next day our child got to go home. Most nurse made up their own opinions. They drug tested our baby and me multiple times for no reason. We would love to see them have a surprise drug test. Most of nurses treated the babies like things. We were terrified one of the nurses was going to harm our child. The way they came in jerking them around, picking them up, pinning them down, they would restrain our childs arms, ect We were asked to fill out papers for birth certificate and social security card. Later to learn they didn't file the papers nor should they have asked us to fill out the papers.I was told I had to be there every day every 3 hours at assessment times. Never giving any rules or information. When asked was told they couldn't print it. Was told the siblings couldn't visit to later find out they could. Highly frowned on to breastfeeding. Would suggest giving formula daily. I gave breastmilk 24-7 for 6weeks6,9,12,3,6,9,12 repeat. To find they gave our child donor milk, no where did we ever agree to donor milk. We were told they were freezing all my milk to take home and giving it to our child. After 6 weeks 2 trays! They didn't give our child my cholesterm.
