We were running late that day, but the minute we entered the building, the young woman, Lauren, who was The hearing specialist made us feel like we had plenty of time for the exam. She was very professional and explained all the steps that we were going to be doing during the testing and then she showed us the charts afterwards and what it meant. she was not pushing hearing aids unless you really needed them. She the tests showed that we didn’t need them; probably only needed wax removed by an ENT. She gave each of us a$50 Walmart gift card!

Let me take the next day to decide what I wanted to do Have been back twice for her to adjust and clean my hearing aids very good people to work with.
