I also have Medicare Part D, which the staff rarely ever even compared it to the club price, which cost me money. Our biggest complaint was the staff including their pharmacist. They were unfriendly, we went there for 2 years and we can’t tell you the name of even one employee in the pharmacy. None of them even smiled, we dreaded going in to get our RX’s. I watched one female assistant talk down to an older couple, it was awful! I tried to talk to the pharmacist about how she acted to that older couple and all I got from him was, “Oh yeah, she’s like that”. That was it!! The pharmacy area looks dirty and very unorganized. There’s not one thing or person there we liked. We’re not doing business there anymore.
