  Excellent service! Driver arrived exactly on time and was very friendly and helpful. Stayed with me the entire time I was in the hospital.

  This is my fourth home healthcare provider and they have been the best bar none. This company has been the miracle I needed. Friendly, profession caring caregivers. They go above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met. They have made me feel like a person again, they have given me nothing but respect and great care.

  We are very blessed to have the care giver that Home Instead has sent us. The caregiver is great and we no complaints with Hone Instrad.

  Initially they were great no complaints. But after coming back from hospital and restarting things have changed. They change my scheduled times and don't bother to notify me. They state there is now a new policy that if caregiver gets food or goes to store I now have to pay $25 per trip and they can not go to medical appointments. This site says nothing of any of this but they have told me this several times. They also claimed the VA dictated this but VA denied this. Caregivers are great but the new policies suck. Update: The travel thing was VA refusing to pay mileage. The owner saw post and sent customer care Mgr out to ask me to change review. I said I would wait to see if communication changed. Well guess what, it didnt. Iwas expecting a caregiver today but wanted to check on Wednesday. I called and was told my paperwork needed to be looked at. Called VA they verified paperwork was in order and they called company to verify it was in order and they were told I would be called on Thursday about my appt. Just to note that is 2 missed appointments that no one had bothered to contact me on. So no apps today and non Wednesday (which I didn't expect appt) but key takeaway is they didn't bother to contact me. And excuse given as it is given for everything is short staffed. We will see about callback but I am not holding my breath.

  This company is outstanding. we have been using them for several months now and plan to continue to for some time to come. By employing their services we are able to continue living in our home which is so important to us. their caregivers are so caring take care of the things we can no longer do for ourselves. This company will get you a caregiver that will care for you in all ways. They are the best.
