  Placed an online store pickup order to take advantage of the 15% off store pickup and bogo 50% off discounts. While ensuring my order would still be in stock. The website said it would be ready in 2 hours on the store pickup option button. I get to the store 3.5 hours later after i get off work and the order hasnt even come through yet. The employee told me store pickups take 24 hours to come through and to come back tomorrow. Requiring an extra trip to the next state over on a day i already have fully scheduled and defeating a major point behind me placing the order in the first place. The fuel and time costs nullified the discounts, plus there is no way to refund my order online and because it isnt on his system he couldnt just fill it on the spot.
