  Placed an online store pickup order to take advantage of the 15% off store pickup and bogo 50% off discounts. While ensuring my order would still be in stock. The website said it would be ready in 2 hours on the store pickup option button. I get to the store 3.5 hours later after i get off work and the order hasnt even come through yet. The employee told me store pickups take 24 hours to come through and to come back tomorrow. Requiring an extra trip to the next state over on a day i already have fully scheduled and defeating a major point behind me placing the order in the first place. The fuel and time costs nullified the discounts, plus there is no way to refund my order online and because it isnt on his system he couldnt just fill it on the spot.

  I got a new membership at GNC on the Southside of Paducah and I ordered some probiotics at the same time. I didn’t realize it was a subscription for the probiotics. I called GNC and talked to Jeff the manager at the store in the Kentucky Oaks Mall. Which I did not know it was there! Bonus! Jeff suggested I come into the store with my probiotics. Because there was no sales receipt in the box. I didn’t want anymore of the probiotics so Jeff gave me a full refund. Jeff was very nice, professional and understanding with my concerns. The store was very clean and I highly recommend the GNC in the mall.
