- PAPaul AllenNov 6, 20255.0This is by far the best pharmacy in the city of Owensboro. And the head pharmacist is super professional and equally kind. The staff there is tremendous and always goes out of their way to help. My medicine literally keeps me alive and other pharmacies in town have left me without my medicine nor I returned phone call within 48 hours. Completely unacceptable. Never experienced anything like that with this Pharmacy or this head pharmacist. 👩‍⚕️ 👏

- SASheila ArnoldOct 17, 20211.0One of the worst pharmacy’s I’ve been to. New prescription was sent from dr office on Thursday or Friday and they didn’t bother to fill it as of Sunday when I called. Put a rush on it because I was out so they said it would be done before 5. Check in at 4:30 and she said they didn’t have it and to check back next day. I told her we were out and to check with another location and transfer. She walks away- comes back and said they found it and to circle around back through and they would fill it. What gives, did they just not want to be bothered. Have trouble with them EVERY time!!!!
