- KDKeith DDec 8, 20251.0I was told to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork when I set up my appontment over the phone. I walked in 20 minutes early to begin the new client paperwork, but there was no receptionist. Someone in a white medical jacket came out of a room after I had been there about five minutes and told me they would be with me in a few moments. A few moments turned into almost 30 minutes past my appointment time... The, I assume, doctor came out with a patient after that time and told me to wait a few more minutes so she could print the paperwork for me to fill out. Nope! I was tired of waiting for over 30+ minutes past my appointment time. This is completely unacceptable.There was only one vehicle in the parking lot when I arrived, so they couldn't have been that busy.. .
