- SBSara BridgewaterNov 5, 20252.0I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years because it is close to my home. In the past year, their customer service has declined. They open at 9:00am; I arrived at 9:00am. I’ve had to wait for whoever is scheduled to open to show (9:05am, 9:10am) and then it takes them another 10-15 minutes to turn on all the lights, computers, etc. (My husband and I both have monthly prescriptions on auto refill. This has happened to me several times this year.) They also close for lunch. Literally, in the middle of the day, they’re closed. This is a small pharmacy, but busy. Whoever is managing the payroll can easily schedule an opener to arrive at 8:45am so their customers doesn’t have to wait. And closing for lunch is ridiculous. Rotate the lunch schedule and be available for your customers. Their app does not ever match their fill. At this moment my husband’s app shows waiting to be filled and last night he got an auto call that it is ready for pick-up. They need to get it together.
