Even after acknowledging there was no legal problem they still refuse to fill the prescription. Go elsewhere, they won’t provide you your medicine on arbitrary made up rules. Edit: eventually issues Rx after hours of fighting.

- LCLeah CohenourSep 13, 20245.0I had to switch to CVS due to an insurance change. They could not consistently provide me with my (life saving) medication, Creon; nor did they care. Kroger helped bail me out by providing it (at a steep cost). However, Mickey specifically took her time first thing this morning to investigate my issue & discovered they may be able to consistently get my medicine @ the lower cost offered by Abbvie. She was personable & patient, which one expects in a Pharmacist, but that has not necessarily been my experience. She deserves a bit of recognition for being there for her patients.
