Even after acknowledging there was no legal problem they still refuse to fill the prescription. Go elsewhere, they won’t provide you your medicine on arbitrary made up rules. Edit: eventually issues Rx after hours of fighting.
- SSSara StinnettJul 28, 20221.0Not sure why they always seem under staffed when they are tripping over each other. I arrived for my Covid shot (which I scheduled for 4:45) at 4:40. At 5:10 they tell me they have to wait for my shot to be warmed up at least 15 minutes. I said ok but I had a scheduled appointment, why wasn’t it warmed before I got here. They told me they wait to make sure I come so they don’t waste which I understand, but I have now been waiting 25 min. Why wasn’t it pulled when I arrived?? The point of an appointment is so that things are planned for BOTH parties.
