  Been seeing a doctor here for a few months to help manage my adhd and depression. Due to the nature of the medication I have visit in person every month to get my prescription. Had an appointment today, and woke up to a text saying the doctor wasn’t going to be in today and that my appointment was canceled, and the earliest I could be seen by a doctor that can prescribe my medication wouldn’t be available for 2 weeks. My medication has withdrawal effects, and was basically told I was out of luck when I called. Ridiculous they charge a $50 cancellation fee, but your doctor can cancel the day of and it’s nothing.

  After horrible experiences at the Hamburg office that led me to leave for good, I think I should be fair and praise the Brannon office. Dr. Obst and the staff here really seem to care. It’s easy to get appointments and unlike Hamburg, my phone calls and messages are returned and I feel like the providers are really listening when I describe problems. Everyone from the front desk to the providers to the lab has been pleasant, professional, and (big difference from Hamburg) I actually get to see the same people when I come in, and they spend time getting it right.

  I visited the office for a new patient. During the visit i was referred to a cardiologist. After some tests at the cardiologist. FPA called me regarding my results telling me i have a leaky heart valve. After speaking to the cardiologist who denied the information and stated there was zero evidence of such. I requested a call from the office to discuss as they were the ones to provide this information via a phone call. Todd Martin stated he doesn’t have time to speak to patients. If you want honest and real patient care. Find a doctor office that will give it. Save your self the copay

  I've had really solid experiences with this office for the last 5 years. They are very thorough, have on site labs, and I've had very understanding practitioners. Office is nice and always clean. Wait times have never been too crazy for me. Once you're an established patient, they reserve "emergency appointment" time slots that you can book on a first come first serve basis. Calling first thing in the morning can usually get you in pretty quick.

  If you using wegovy for weight loss and obese they absolutely will not fill out a prior authorization for medication. Find somewhere else if you want help
