  I have moved all my scripts. to a new pharmacy. This place has become a complete joke. Not all the Techs. are bad. But there is plenty enough to make for a usually bad experience. And aperantly Corporate doesn't care. This has been going on for years. Act like they are doing you a favor for making money off you. It would be funny, if it wasn't so damned sad.

  Waited over 30 minutes to get my vaccines because the employees didn’t care much to ensure they had the right vaccine on a pre booked appointment! Good job on wasting my time

  I have always brought my prescriptions at Kroger Newport Pharmacy. Even when they are obviously short-staffed, the pharmacist Kristen B greets me and asks how I’m doing. Mallory helped me today at the register and she was so nice. The staffing situation in this current market is not the fault of the staff working there, so I always try to be empathetic to their situation and thankful that I always have a positive experience with them when I do need to pick up prescriptions. Working retail in the past gives you a different perspective on how to treat people willing to work in any retail or customer based setting.
