- AHAaron HawkinsFeb 12, 20235.0Brian was fantastic! I must of got lucky with the timing of my visit because there was only 1-2 people in front of me and I was seen within 10 minutes. The ARNP Brian was a very unique guy! One of the nicest medical professionals I have ever seen that truly listened to my opinions on what test I should get, treatment plan, ect. I highly recommend!
- BDBrendan DugasJun 13, 20221.0The lady at the kiosk is extremely rude. I just walked up and asked about rapid testing for my company - she rushed me out saying they don’t accept walk ins. I then made an appointment and came a few minutes early. Same lady was there and was again- unpleasant. Said “you’re early, there is someone in front of you”. Yes lady, i came early, knowing i was early to knock out paper work. 1/5 - customer service matters in all industries.
- LSLinda SandersSep 9, 20211.0Unacceptable service. Husband went in for appointment and passed out. No BP taken a bottle of water and towel to clean up. NP let him leave to go to hospital was in critical condition and ended up in ICU for a week. If Stephanie Harkness NP would of done her job EMS would of been called. Although she did charge him for a visit. What he thought was a virus was life threatening. Shame on her he could of died on way to hospital but lets make sure she got paid for no service or help rendered.
- LMlinda mcgeheeDec 21, 20171.0Arrived at the clinic at exactly 6:00pm with a sick family member knowing that it closed at 7:30 pm. There were only two people waiting to be seen. Was told they could not see us. Does it take an hour and a half to see two people? Very disappointed. Called Walmart and was told as long as we were there by 7 they would stay open to see us.
