I’ve tried calling them several times, one of those times, they picked the phone up and just sat it on the counter. I could hear them talking about a superbra and laughing. Yet, I had to physically go up there and ask why my prescription wasn’t being filled.
- HHHannaMar 4, 20261.0Every single time I’ve sent a prescription here, without fail, I have had to call days later to remind them to fill it. It is always ready 30 minutes after I call. Don’t trust the “prescriptions experiencing delays are still being worked on”, because they are not.
- SMSylvia MillerJan 3, 20261.0Who ever heard of a pharmacy closing at 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon. The main day working people can pick up prescriptions. Whoever decides these hours have terrible customer consideration. I got there at 3:01. Gate wasn’t up but refused to give me my perscription. Had been in that area for 10 minutes but never dreamed they would close so early. Tried to go to little clinic on Dec 31. Website said they were open but sign was up saying they were closed. People are sick, don’t just stick a sign up and make them go somewhere else. Terrible customer service!
