The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
Very poor service by care providers. Took my daughter there Thursday with possible strep and a sinus infection. Strep negative and told me it was viral going to have to run it corse. Questions that with her mucus being colored isn't that infection was told viral can do the same to mucus. I questioned that with can we put her on an antibiotics I have never heard that colored mucus could be viral always heard infection and still wouldn't give an antibiotic. Even said we will be back in 3 to 4 days. Sure enough Saturday now the ear is hurting and called provider stated she will have to be seen again but then said we don't do anything to sinus until the symptoms have been 10 days or longer. So lets charge another copay and still not give anything. I told both providers all I am asking for is an antibiotics not a narcotic. Never can get the correct care here. Not the first time this has happened!!!

The lady at the kiosk is extremely rude. I just walked up and asked about rapid testing for my company - she rushed me out saying they don’t accept walk ins. I then made an appointment and came a few minutes early. Same lady was there and was again- unpleasant. Said “you’re early, there is someone in front of you”. Yes lady, i came early, knowing i was early to knock out paper work.
1/5 - customer service matters in all industries.

Understaffed. Was told to come back in the PM or go to another location. At that point Little Clinic offers little benefit over going to my primary care physician.
I will update this review if I ever get to get in and see someone.

Ive gone here for a few years because its easy to get in for simple things than my normal family Dr. I went today and NP erica would not listen to me about my complaint. When asked if I had certain symptoms and I denied those she said I must have them and just not know it. Also I'm an EMT that works nights and the whole time she spoke down to me about my profession and I just felt very belittled. I get more respect from the Dr. at University than I got today from her and I dont pay for that. I will not be returning for any more treatments. I guess that's what I get for using a grocery store clinic.
