- PAPAULA ADAIROct 4, 20252.0I have used Kroger for years. I actually transferred my stuff from Walgreens to here many years ago. They used to be absolutely wonderful to work with and their service was unmatched. I feel bad for the employees here now. To put it matter of factly, they are severely under staffed and over worked. I consistently see the same people here over and over again with no relief. I gone to Kroger on Sundays where they are closed because no pharmacist available to work. This is a corporate problem! Period! Kroger has a person that over sees this division and they are not giving them what they need to run efficently and effectively for the community. It's not fair to anyone. If you want to complain, as I do too.. Its falling on deaf ears until it goes up the ladder. We need to demand they get help from the person who should be providing this to them. I'm not too sure how to reach her, but I've attached the president of Kroger Health to this review. Let's help get them help for the ccommunity. I'm going to try and get more contact info. Maybe then, we would see a shift in attitudes and behaviors. I know I don't like being the only one to do work 60-70 hours a week they need more dedicated and educated individuals to staff this location. Kroger Corporate should be ashamed they have let this go in this long!

Doctor's office had to call and transfer all my perception over, because they refused to do so in a timely manner. Never going there again! You all should be ashamed of yourself leaving people without there medication that a doctor's office prescribed. Im have a serious medical condition and can't go without my medication everyday.
