  Every single time I’ve sent a prescription here, without fail, I have had to call days later to remind them to fill it. It is always ready 30 minutes after I call. Don’t trust the “prescriptions experiencing delays are still being worked on”, because they are not.

  Who ever heard of a pharmacy closing at 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon. The main day working people can pick up prescriptions. Whoever decides these hours have terrible customer consideration. I got there at 3:01. Gate wasn’t up but refused to give me my perscription. Had been in that area for 10 minutes but never dreamed they would close so early. Tried to go to little clinic on Dec 31. Website said they were open but sign was up saying they were closed. People are sick, don’t just stick a sign up and make them go somewhere else. Terrible customer service!

  Had a script called over 48 hours ago still not ready. Just look at the reviews for this place it’s so sad and obviously they don’t gaf.

  I have used Kroger for years. I actually transferred my stuff from Walgreens to here many years ago. They used to be absolutely wonderful to work with and their service was unmatched. I feel bad for the employees here now. To put it matter of factly, they are severely under staffed and over worked. I consistently see the same people here over and over again with no relief. I gone to Kroger on Sundays where they are closed because no pharmacist available to work. This is a corporate problem! Period! Kroger has a person that over sees this division and they are not giving them what they need to run efficently and effectively for the community. It's not fair to anyone. If you want to complain, as I do too.. Its falling on deaf ears until it goes up the ladder. We need to demand they get help from the person who should be providing this to them. I'm not too sure how to reach her, but I've attached the president of Kroger Health to this review. Let's help get them help for the ccommunity. I'm going to try and get more contact info. Maybe then, we would see a shift in attitudes and behaviors. I know I don't like being the only one to do work 60-70 hours a week they need more dedicated and educated individuals to staff this location. Kroger Corporate should be ashamed they have let this go in this long!
