Was told today that the formula they were supposed to order for me 2 weeks ago was never ordered. I asked the pharmacist if there was a comparable formula I could purchase and she rudely said no, without offering any advice. I will not be back.

If someone is dropping off and wants to wait then politely ask them to pull to the back of the line! It's a drop off and pickup not drop off and wait window!
