    Actual time with staff getting tested was good. Two hour wait past appointment until called for testing was frustrating. Getting a new prescription for glasses was good. Not having an optician to process an order for glasses and having the staff not be aware that the optician had left without notifying them was another waste of time. Service for eye exam was good. Processing time, wait time, and poor communication between staff needs to be fixed.
