Personally I think that should be one of the top priorities because some people needing their meds have trouble going in and waiting in line or just feel bad and don't feel like doing that. Just my opinion.

For those complaining about waiting in line and theirs meds not being ready, just call their automated number and it will tell you if your prescription is ready for pick up and if you owe anything for it and how much. Just make sure not to go from 1-1:30, that's their lunch hour.
