    Can't give negative rating which they deserve. It would be a negative 100 if possible. Horrible, rude staff especially female pharmacists. Do not use this pharmacy unless you have to.

    The only pharmacy I use. They always have the medicine I need. For those complaining about waiting in line and theirs meds not being ready, just call their automated number and it will tell you if your prescription is ready for pick up and if you owe anything for it and how much. Just make sure not to go from 1-1:30, that's their lunch hour.

    I attempted to fill a legally valid ADHD prescription at this pharmacy, issued through a licensed telehealth provider. The pharmacist declined to fill it solely because it was prescribed via telemedicine, despite no issues with the medication itself or the provider’s credentials. The provider is a Kentucky licensed provider, and the medication has been filled with no issues for the past 2+ years. Not to make this over dramatic, but this is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. ADHD is a recognized disability, and access to necessary medication is a civil right protected under federal law. Pharmacies are considered public accommodations under the ADA, and policies that result in denying essential medication based solely on how it was prescribed constitute discrimination. I have submitted a formal complaint to the U.S. Department of Justice and the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy. Patients should be aware that this location may refuse to fill prescriptions for disabilities if they originate from telehealth providers, even when legal and appropriate. I would suggest removing this rouge employee before it ends up costing the company legal fees, fines, and other punitive damages.
