  Horrible experience. Staff verified with me that my insurance would cover a flu shot here (whether they were supposed to or not). Several months later I get a bill for $145 because my insurance is not actually in network with them anymore (I have learned my lesson to double check and not trust anyone's word for it, but my flu shots were covered here in the past so I didn't think it would be an issue). I called to explain the miscommunication problem on their end and also figure out why my flu shot was $145 because they are significantly cheaper out of pocket literally anywhere else ($22 at Costco). They admitted they made a mistake and apologized for it, but basically said there was nothing they can do. They also told me that their normal flu shots are $50, but they must have run out of that one, which is why I got the $95 more expensive one. I explained I would not have consented to this had I known the price difference, but they just said sorry for the inconvenience. They refused to work with me on the cost of the bill, so now I am forced to pay $145 (for a gd flu shot!) or else it will go to collections and my credit score will be negatively impacted. I tried to offer to pay the $50 for what their normal flu shot would cost or even half the bill, but they were completely uncaring and unwilling to work with me. They don't have to care because at the end of the day they can charge me whatever, and I have no choice but to pay it apparently. Incredibly deceptive and unethical practices, and the lack of customer service and care with this experience was unbelievable. I will never come here again and and will tell everyone I know to avoid it at all costs.
