I went to this Kroger clinic and the doc there was very good walked me through many senecios gave me meds that actually worked and took her time. I would recommend going here. They were kind and got to the point. I was in and point and felt cared for.
- JAJ AshleyFeb 10, 20211.0If you are going to take appointments, you should at least make some effort to honor the appointments. I have a 4:40 appointment. There are two other people waiting that had 4:00 and 4:20 appointments. It is now 5:05 and they just called a woman back that told me she had a 5:00 appointment. Everyone is upset. Unfortunately this is not an isolated incident. You can never reach them by phone for a question. They are always running behind and they seem very disorganized. I’m sure that the staff are trying their best, but it seems like the system needs an adjustment.
