  This place is so poorly managed. I can’t count the amount of times I got a text from Kroger saying my prescription is ready, but when I get there, they don’t have it. There’s always a long line, because they clearly don’t have enough people to run this location. I feel sorry for the employees; they always look stressed and overworked. Hire some more help for them Kroger. Get it together.

  Picking up a prescription should not be a full time job. Countless time spent on calling, waiting, and it still being wrong or not ready. Pathetic.

  I don’t know why it’s so hard to get it right. I’ve had the same repeat prescription for 15 years and literally EVERY time I come to pickup it’s messed up- or better yet, at the wrong store. Not to mention the incredibly limited open hours with the lunch break. I either getting to work late, having to leave early or moving my lunch break as to not catch theirs further messing up my day. There is nothing convenient about this place and that goes for ALL KROGER PHARMACIES

  Rude and always get my prescription wrong!! In fact they are arrogant and confidentially wrong with consistency!!

  This pharmacy needs new management. Very unorganized and the staff is unprofessional and not knowledgeable. Went several times to pick up my husband's medicine and each time was given a different excuse as to why it was not ready. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
