  Don’t buy any glasses from Mountain Optical. I purchased three pairs of glasses over the last two years and a half years and two of them are broken and Mountain Optical is saying that they can’t do anything about it. I spent a substantial amount of money on the glasses. On one pair one of the lenses is showing a crack. On the sunglasses one arm broke off after a year! Last week I called them and explained the issue and they told me to come by this week and they will take care of it. I live in West Knoxville and drove up there today. It’s almost a two hour drive one way. When I got there they inspected the glasses but they told me there is nothing they can do. Obviously Mountain Optical doesn’t stand behind their workmanship or products. It’s a shame to spend so much money on glasses and the optometrist is not backing his own product! Please go to a reputable optometrist that will value you as a customer. Note: Mrs. Cain, I saw your reply but I can't more disagree how this whole situation was handled. I would have never driven up from West Knoxville all the way to Middlesboro, KY if your staff wouldn't have told me on the phone, after pulling my chart, that they would take care of the glasses. They could have told me already on the phone that there is nothing that can be done, instead of me spending four hours on the road! This is very unprofessional.

  I brought my 9 yr old son in and Dr. Cain is very intelligent and professional. The receptionist ladies are so beautiful and nice. I appreciate you all for helping my boy!

  I had my first every eye exam now in my mid-20's, and didn't know what to expect. Dr. Caine and his team made the experience very enjoyable, were all very kind, and were all very patient. I would recommend Dr. Caine to anyone.
