This is my first time going here for my second pregnancy, and I absolutely love it! My main doctor is Dr. Schweichler (love her!), but I’ve had the opportunity to see several different doctors throughout my pregnancy and they have all been amazing. Can’t wait for my little one to arrive!!!!

Sometimes the wait is long to get in for a scheduled appointment, however, the staff here are phenomenal. Dr. Evans is amazing, along with the nurses and reception staff. Very grateful for them and all they do!

Bedside manner of all staff was great; however, this office handled my ectopic pregnancy inappropriately. After a month and a half of pain and unanswered questions, I had to get emergency surgery in which the ectopic had adhered to both ovaries and my colon. Very disappointed at providers lack of concern for the medical situation, my pain, and worries.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Amy Farrell as my OBGYN in 2023-2024. I am *far* from a “crunchy mom” and most definitely not a science-denier. However, I was concerned about BVO being in the glucola drink for my glucose test. I asked if I could purchase my own glucola drink under the brand Fresh Test which uses the same amount of sugar, sans the BVO. She belittled me, accusing me of trying to “force her” to accept a test she “didn’t have time to research because she’s so busy.” All I asked is if I sent her a link, if she would look at it and tell me if I can use it. I also asked if I could go to LabCorp for my glucose test since I know they let you buy your own glucola. I ended up leaving the appointment in tears because she basically accused me of being a “google expert” and not trusting her education. I transferred to another OBGYN because of the way she spoke to me, but not before doing the glucose test at the office because I felt bullied into it. Lo and behold, the bottle had an all-caps “BVO FREE!” label on it. She treated me like an idiot over being worried about an ingredient, telling me to trust her and her office, when it wasn’t even in the drink. She didn’t even know what was/wasn’t in what she was giving me. It’s less than a year after the birth of my son, the pregnancy she was seeing me for. The FDA is now proposing a ban on BVO due to how toxic it is. No wonder the glucola her office stocked didn’t contain it - it’s poison! Not only did she belittle me, she had no idea what she was talking about and tried to convince me of the safety of something the office doesn’t even stock due to its toxicity! That is scary.

I was referred here back in 2011 to Dr. Catherine Case. I later went back and was placed with Dr. Amy Houser. Every physician here is amazing. I currently am a patient of Dr. Houser. She made me feel at ease and really catered to my needs and eased me. I previously went to Women First at Baptist and I didn't get care the same manner as I received from Total Woman. Norton Healthcare is overall better. And these ladies really know what they're doing. They care about the patient, the woman. I couldn't ask for better! My PCP is also there and she was with Baptist for twelve years and switched to Norton. And Norton immediate care is a hella different from Baptist. Hands down, I've received overall better care from Norton and that's a fact. 🥰🥰😉😉
