  I normally don't do these things but I was unhappy with my service. I was told I was scheduled for the one on Dixie highway just to find out they scheduled me for downtown Louisville. Not one of my concerns was addressed or at least I felt like they were not addressed it was brushed off and what they did I most likely could have went to my primary care provider but I wanted to see a specialist for my concerns. All they did was blood work and sent me on my way. They acted like I knew the office and I knew where I was going sent me to the lab but wasn't going to show me or tell me how to get there. this is also telling them that I've never been to that office before. The only person there that I felt like addressed my concerns and took them seriously was the nurse that showed me to my room she was a very very nice lady with great bedside manners.

  You wait forever the staff are rude dont give you any information you want wants to stare at you and talk about you the whole time your their you just sit in an ultrasound room for hours for no apparent reason the dr. Doesn't word anything nicely at all horrible experiences everytime I've been there

  Excellent service! Dr. How is amazing, the techs are very friendly and patient. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
