  AMAZING ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I have been coming here for years seeing Dr.Watkins and in his absence a few of his partners and they have all been lovely! I read the negative comments and I laugh because it all sounds to me that it was fault on the patient I.e..being late regardless of 5 minutes or 50 seconds late is late anywhere and you should arrive early regardless and being dismissed? My niece was dismissed but I’m sure it was because she cancelled all the time or didn’t come to scheduled appointments etc..but your suing them because you were dismissed...that’s funny! And the comment of waiting even though you showed up early showing up early is a choice there are Appointment times for a reason, early is good but when you complain that you were not seen because you showed up early is crazy! I’ve been Dr.Watkins patient for 15+ years and my entire family goes there. My 2 daughters, my sister and my niece who was dismissed I’m sure by her own doing but I’ll go along with everyone and say it was there fault..lol (because they gain so much by dismissing patients or rescheduling patients FOR BEING LATE!)! I’ve been in the waiting room so many times over the decade and a half and seen a lot of rude patients and I have only ever witnessed the girl at the front be as patient as possible way more patient then I would ever be but I’m sure they get on here and blame them! Anyways I recently had surgery that was sudden and unexpected and Gosh did Dr.Watkins look after me him and his entire team! I’ve waited for hours in his office to see him and I would wait days to see him because once I get back to the room I’m the only person in exsistance and I get his full I divided attention I always have! His office is amazing! I have only ever been to the one downtown the last few years so I can only speak for my experience downtown and the girl at the front name is Kate I think and she is amazing absolutely amazing! She should train ever person at every office maybe there would be no problems! One day after surgery I came in and was having an awful day and she greeted me with a huge smile knew my name which was very special to me! She immediately recognized that my mood was off and her face feel immediately and she asked me what was wrong I broke down like a baby and she immediately comforted me so much that she came around from her desk to the front and gave me a huge hug! It was what I needed she was so kind and sympathetic and just heard me rambling on with such compassion! I’ve always looked forward to going in there because I know she will have the most interesting conversations with me and is always so sweet! She is awesome and truly an asset there! I’ve only ever seen her be so warm and inviting to all patients and I hear her being so personable with every single person she likes her job and it shows very well, wonderful first impression! Then Dr.Watkins nurse Kara who has been his nurse forever is just as nice and caring as they come! She always makes you feel better and is good with all the patients her and Watkins are a dynamic team there amazing! Her little laugh is so infectious! He used to have another nurse that worked there named Theresa and I just loved her we would talk forever she was just so funny! Then Dr.Watkins well he’s just a very special person I hold near and dear to my heart! He has saved my life more than once mentally and physically! He is so warm and caring he’s like a loved one looking after me only wanting the best and I get the most straight up advice! This place is like my family but more importantly they are like a family and there so kind to each other which rubs off with us, their patients! This is the best office I have ever been to in my long life! This office should be training other offices in patient care, they are the exact example of what you would want even when no one is looking! I was outraged when my daughter told me there was negative comments on here I thought I needed to even the score and give a real review from a patient that has had real experience here! -Sherry
