  From the moment you pull in the Valet parking staff are so nice, friendly and very helpful. Then you walk inside and are greeted by more staff, super nice staff and it was my very first time walking inside this place and I had to have a procedure done and was petrified. However, any and all staff members that seen me knew I was scared. Even though this was during Covid they still treated me very well. Now, on to registering desk. She was very nice and friendly as well, everyone went above and beyond to make you feel at ease. Even though my nerves wouldn’t let me relax, the staff did anything and everything in their power to help calm you down. I highly recommend this place and all the staff are top touch!!!! On to my procedure- time to explain what they will be doing even though it looks and sounds scary for a first timer. The aids, nurses and Doctors were super friendly, so helpful and I could not have asked for a better team on my side for a patient like me. During the procedure the staff were right there hand in hand talking to me, keeping my mind off of what was going on, they comfort you and understand your concerns, fears and stayed with me every step of the way. From the first phone call to the last phone call of getting my results. I honestly could not have had a better experience with this place and staff. They don’t sugar coat anything and will tell you how it is, good or bad, and the what if’s. The lady who called me to give me my results remembered who I was and she was happy to call me to give me great news. Even if I had gotten bad news from test results, I still HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place, you can’t go wrong. They truly care about their patients. You are not just a number to them. I have now decided to start going here instead of where I was going for the past 7 years. The women here are all wonderful, the entire staff is wonderful in every way possible. The men who park your car are funny and treat you well. Super nice guys. This place rocks. I’ll be back for sure for routine visits in the future. Call them, make your appointment and join the staff and when you leave you’ll feel like your part of their family there. I have to say if any staff members or doctors were having a bad day. You won’t know it. They care about you. If your a nervous person or just scared in general they understand and do not look down at you. I can write for days on every staff mentioned came into. But I would be here for days typing. The facility is very nice inside all throughout and very clean. I won’t mention names as to who all helped me. It’s too many to list. But I have nothing bad to say about this place or any of the staff members, or doctors. If your lucky you may even get a Nick name. Before you leave.   The entire staff from. Valet parking..health check ..cna rn phlebotomist anesthesiologist to literally every person that took care of me today. Thank you so much 💜💜💜💜🙏🙏🙏🙏 you all were amazing!!
