  The Drs and Nurses were wonderful. I only gave the facility as a whole 4 stars because the lady working the surgical services waiting area desk this morning for the first shift was very rude to pretty much everyone I heard her speak to. From her tone of voice and demeanor to her choice of words. Doesn’t belong behind a customer service desk when the last thing people in pain and usually the elderly deserve, is an unfriendly greeter.

  I spent the entire day playing phone tag with unhelpful staff, only to be given the runaround when I simply asked for an estimate on a potential surgery later this year. Chandra first told me to contact billing. Then Sheila said it depended on the type of surgery—so I asked for all three potential codes. Vanessa then jumped in and said surgery schedulers would need to handle it. Finally, Chandra came back and told me they wouldn’t be providing any codes at all. To top it off, Chandra called me and raised her voice, claiming I was being rude just because I told them they had wasted my time and their help was no longer needed. I made it clear that no further contact was necessary since they clearly aren’t aligned or prepared to assist.
