  My daughter has improved so much as an athlete, I recommend this place because of their good training tactics and personalized help towards others, the staff is very kind and helpful!

  What a great place to workout. For the average gym goer like myself to the sports oriented athletes this place is top notch. Plenty of open gym space and lots of specialized equipment for target sports athletes. Coaching staff is awesome and training classes are impressive. Glad to be a part of the elite fitness/training environment. If you are looking for a first time gym or just looking for a change from your boring gym then check it out.

  I joined in January for a treadmill to get out of the snowstorm, and I’ve been happy with my experience! I mainly use the treadmills and they’ve never been full when I go after work. I also really love the sauna after my runs. They offer a teacher discount which is appreciated!

  I’ve been working out here for almost a year now. It’s by far my favorite gym I’ve been a member of in Louisville. The staff are incredibly friendly, facilities in great condition including a lot of new machines in the last few months, and it’s rarely crowded to the point that I can’t get the machine or rack that I want. It’s clear that the staff and management care about their patrons’ experience.

  I just joined Norton Sports after leaving Blairwood (now Genesis) after 15 years. Great staff and facility overall. They are installing new equipment to upgrade the facility. The showers in locker rooms are disappointing. Takes several minutes for water to get "warm". I was told new water heaters are planned, if Norton Corporate allocates the necessary funding.
