  Same customer service as most businesses. I was told to be at my appointment for 3pm here it is 345 and everyone that has came in other than me is seen on time if the time doesn’t work then change but I have to work and this is inconvenient. It would be okay if this wasn’t the first time

  This place is the best kept secret in Louisville. Super easy to get in to, fantastic providers who are respectful of your time as a patient (and parent), but also thorough and really good, smart clinicians. Pretty sure they’ve seen all my kids multiple times and it’s always been great. Every time we’ve ever had to be swabbed for COVID/flu etc, they let us leave right after and call the results to us. Not sitting in an office waiting for results with sick kids? Five stars. LOVE THEM SO MUCH FOR THIS.

  This was my first appointment here. I will return! Rebecca Leite was exceptional! I was seen immediately and received expert care. Rebecca was very thorough, helpful and friendly!!
