  Old lady working @12:30 on 1/24 is very dismissive and rude & shouldn’t be in healthcare. She needs to be a truck driver with that attitude. The younger lady that worked here in 2025 was amazing & so nice. Try to avoid this location I don’t think the lady likes working here.

  We made an appointment for 11:45, at 11:55 a lady shows up that had an 11:30 appointment, they decided to make the rest of us wait even longer now causing me to be late to work!! It was 12:30 before we were seen.

  Wait was long in spite of online appointment made long before. Time in the observation room was very long as well.

  There does not appear to be a way to cancel an appointment by phone or online. Calling by phone, I just got an automated message. I had to drive to the clinic to cancel. There is only one person at the clinic.

  Cannot get a call back after calling number on prompt care paperwork and pharmacy doesn't have RX prescribed, no location in the area does. Has to be ordered. I need RX now. Not in 3 days. And apparently the number listed isn't answered on the weekend. I WILL NOT BE BACK.
